At Exyst, we strive to provide you with trendy and high-quality fashion. However, if you need to make changes or have concerns about your order, please review our refund and exchange policy below.

1. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase.

A cancellation fee of 5% of the total amount will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded to your original payment method.

Refunds may take a few business days to reflect in your account.

After 24 hours, orders cannot be canceled or refunded.

2. Exchanges & Refunds

We do not offer exchanges or refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference since all our products are part of fast fashion collections.

Exchanges or store credit will only be provided if:

- You receive a defective or incorrect item.

- The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached.

- You notify us within 24 hours of receiving the order.

Discounted or customized orders cannot be exchanged or refunded.

3. Important Notes

International customers shipping orders within Pakistan must report any issues within 48 hours of delivery. After this period, we are unable to process any exchange, refund, or chargeback requests.

Changes to an order (size, color, address, etc.) can only be made within 24 hours of placing the order.
